What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it, that's another matter. Have a Super week!

Hubby and I have enjoyed a nice TX Veteran's Day. We stayed at a very lovely B&B last night - The Inn at Blooming Grove, in Blooming Grove TX at N/C. They participate in a national B&B program for Veteran's and open their B&B for Vets on this day. We had an amazing breakfast that consisted of handmade pastries which were way up on the WOW scale. Then we had a breakfast that was superb. On top of a slice of homemade bread was a slice of ham, Swiss cheese and an egg that looked like a bird's nest. Sandra whipped the egg whites till puffy and placed on top of the cheese. She made a small well and dropped in the egg yolk. The dish was placed in the oven with the eggs coming out crispy and light. The yolk was a perfect runny. This was then topped off with a lovely large apple that was backed with brown sugar and topped with real butter. OMG is all I can say. Oh, there was a cookie jar in our room filled with Tool House chocolate cookies. When we left there the rest of the day was spent meandering about this part of TX until we finally got home this evening, Very pleasant trip. Thanks for your support.
