Thanks Mike you know how make me feel better about exercise and weightloss. Im doing my very best. I want it to come off tomarrow sometimes though. I often wonder how I got myself this far. But then Why depress myself just exercise it out. Use that and think positive. I sure hope you are enjoying cali!

Went to Gatorland yesterday with a great friend. I have lost a total of 12 pounds. I can only eat soups and ice creams but Im doing great. The doc said everything is Heeling great.Im so glad your back.
