Breathe, forgive yourself, appreciate others, notice the good, do things you enjoy, and remind yourself that you are loved. Words of wisdom from my Irish Grandfather on this Wednesday!

On this Tuesday, I send you an Irish special wish: May your day be filled with blessings, Like the sun that lights the sky. And may you always have the courage, To spread your wings and fly!!!

Well you made it to another Sunday so here is a thought: Sometimes we expect more from others because we would be willing to do that much for them!

If you don't learn to laugh at trouble, you won't have anything to laugh at when you're old. Have a special Saturday!!!

Friday advise that you will want to remember: Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night!

On this Thursday I pass on a wise thought my Irish grandfather told me a long time ago: Don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it. Certainly applies to life!

It is impossible to make yourself great by trying to show everyone how small someone else is. Enjoy this special Wednesday!

Nowhere can you find a quieter or more untroubled retreat than in your own soul. Have a wonderful and peaceful Tuesday!
