There are lots of people out there who will try to tell you what you can’t do. What you’ve got to do is turn around and say, "watch me." And my friends, is a great feeling! Be safe on this Friday!

If you compete with others, you will become bitter. If you compete with a previous version of yourself, you will become better. Hey I have a great idea, just lean back and enjoy Thursday!

Try not to take things other people say about you too personally. What they say is a reflection of them, not you. I guess I am just filled with Irish thoughts this week. Have a super Wednesday!

Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, for as long as you can. One of my Irish Grandfather's rules of life he taught me! Smile, it Tuesday!
