Elections should be held on April 16th- the day after we pay our income taxes. That is one of the few things that might discourage politicians from being big spenders. Have a great Sunday and remember to vote this week.

I haven't been online that much lately, with my new job traveling a lot then coming home to hurricane Sandy. Luckily we only lost power and no damage to our homes in my area, just trees down, utility poles down, long gas station lines, no refrigerated foods in supermarkets...things are starting to get a little better here. I just feel so bad for the other areas affected. I was always at the Jersey Shore Seaside Heights, generations in my family always been there. It's never going to be the same. Hope all is well with you!

Another Irish Grandfather quote for this Thursday: You have to motivate yourself with challenges. That's how you know you're still alive.

On this Tuesday another of my Irish Grandfather's views of life: If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it great.

Some people bear three kinds of trouble - the ones they've had, the ones they have, and the ones they expect to have. Put all your troubles behind you on this Monday!
