Well Mike as you being a Disabled Veteran, I along with every other person in this county, owe you a debt of gratitude we can never repay you for. Just know you have my deepest respect and thanks for your courage and valor protecting me! Enjoy a day reserved for you!
We have enjoyed so much freedom for so long that we are perhaps in danger of forgetting how much blood it cost to establish the Bill of Rights. Just a thought on this July 4th!

Can I ask you how you stay so fit. I am working on my weight and have been for all my life. I have ups and downs and feel like giving up alot. Do you have any suggestions or tips that might help me. Thanks votes in
