I found a show finally to start getting votes for :O) Big Brother was the only one I ever tried to get! Did get a message back from the casting director but read it a week late and missed the call in Oregon :o( Hope things are going PERFECT for you!
Hi:) Thank you SO much for taking the time to reply back to me with that info -- you're great! Nice to know there are REAL people behind the curtain :) & ready to help answer questions! x
Hey Mark, Do you guys have any info on the Janet Jackson auditions? That would have really been a great news story. My daughter, Artheria, actually auditioned here in Atlanta and Gil Duldulao was a blast. There were more than 200 auditionees; a little more than 50 made it to the second day callback. The casting judges were warm and receptive to all of those auditioning and provided many words of praise and encouragement. One of the casting directors named Pam saw that my daughter was somewhat shy, but had an amazing voice and a commanding presence. We figured that she hadn't made it through the callback audition when we left, because of a problem with the freestyle dance portion. Surprisingly, the very next day after the callback; my daughter received a call from an agent of Michael Mauldin a.k.a. Jermaine Dupri's Dad. The call was to inform her that Pam had referred her to the studio. They wanted my daughter to come out to audition for an all girl project that is in the works. We met with studio execs and it appears that they were really pleased with my daughter's audition with them. Who would have ever figured that attending a MTV Reality-Janet Jackson casting call may lead to such a "Wonderful" opportunity! I will keep you posted of the outcome.
You guys have done a "WONDERFUL" thing. You are providing easy access to opportunities for those who otherwise would not apply for reality tv because they thought the application process to be too tedious.
Thanks A MILLION!!!!!:-)))
