My Siamese cat speaks to me every time he runs in the door, but I don't know if he is saying, "Thanks for opening the door" or, "Out of my way, stupid human!"
Just what does "under arrest" mean; has anyone ever been "on top of arrest"? If you do bad things to be put under arrest, what good things must we do to be put on top of arrest? Inquiring minds want to know.
