Hi, everyone. I'm so sorry for my lengthy absence again. With all the tragedy going on in CO, I've had to put a lot of things on hold for a while, including most of my activity here. This year, I'm learning that perseverence comes in two forms: Not giving up in the face of rejection - check. Not giving up when your real life gets insane - I'm still working on that. I'm sure you've all been there before too, when your life seems too crazy to spend time on your dreams. Anyway, I found a spare second today to put in applications and say "hello." I hope you're all doing well on this beautiful Tuesday.

Dear friends, thank you so much for your continued support. I apologize for not being around much. I'm sure you've all heard about the Waldo Canyon fire burning in CO right now, and I'm sad to report several members of my family and friends have been displaced. None of their homes are lost yet, but they've been evacuated, and I've had my hands full trying to help. I'm still stopping by to vote as I can, and I entreat your patience during this difficult time for my family. I hope you're all doing well.
