Of all the things I love about being a cat owner (i.e: slave), nothing quite gives me the same special feeling as coming home after a long, long day of work, to have to ask, quite seriously, "Have I been burglarized?" at the sight of the destruction that used to be a neatly ordered house. Today I learned what to do when needing help on something and getting stuck in one of those automated phone menus. Just keep cussing until the program quits trying to decipher your words and dials a human.
