Thanks bro....I could use some good home workout routines. I work 12 hour days and then come home and get on some push-ups and crunches. My eating habits are good, nothing fried and no fast foods, no soda, no coffee, no sweets. Just looking for that extra workout or two to add until I can afford the gym again. Looking to lose 20 lbs
