Haven't started. Spending the day printing cookbooks. Nice relaxing Sunday (choke cough). Relax for me, I need it. It's been a super busy week. Not a wink last night. Voted for you.

The time is 4:20 a.m, and I awake to the distinct pre-barf cat sound...just before Persephone blew chunks...all over my bed. Apparently, after she fished a cardboard tv dinner box, with remnants of spaghetti, and a styrofoam bowl with remnants of ravioli out of the garbage, ate most of it, mixed with water and cat crunchies...and than hurled everywhere. What happened next? Well, I stumbled bleary-eyed out of bed to wash my blankets. The cat? Sat by her food dish and cried, expecting to be fed again! Yep...just another day with the brattiest cat in CO. Have a fantastic day! Your votes are in!

We still have a lot more shopping to do. We only put a dent in the grandkids gifts. Still have the adults to buy for. Yeah we still have just as many steps left. LOL! Have a great night Sweetie!

Yeah, probably time to bring the kitty inside! Mine are strictly indoor cats...because they're far too clueless to survive outside! That doesn't stop my Himalayan from actively planning the great escape...but so far, in my house / kitty cat super-max, she hasn't had any luck. But, all three are curled under my covers now telling me it's bedtime. I was just waiting for the end of the 48 hour hold to file my application for the Crazy Cat Lady show. Lol! Goodnight to you, and your kitties!

Mine are seven, six, and the kitten is four months. The adults promptly obliterated all of my breakable glass ornaments, the first year I had both of them. The medium-size (six foot) fake tree, when put up, ends up with childproof (i.e: cat-proof) ornaments, pet-friendly garland (that can't be chewed and eaten), no lights, because one dimwit chews electrical cords, and the bottom branches are mostly just that green floral wire, because the cats have chewed off all the needles! Before I put it up next year, I need to put up those special wire mounts, because the cats figured out how to knock the whole tree over last year!

Good luck with all the Christmas stuff! I hope your kitties aren't too mischievous! Accounting for the fact that my adult cats are chronic Christmas tree climbers, and my kitten is busily discovering the vast array of trouble he can cause, I skipped my tree this year. I put a wreath on the front door, and a pretty pine garland above my windows, and called it good for this year! I hope the rest of your Christmas preparations go smoothly!

Advice, from a Darwin Award Honorable mention: "If you find that you have set yourself on fire, "Oh, darn!" Is NOT the right response. Instead, scream, "HOLY SH*T!! I'M F***ING ON FIRE!!" That way, your wife will certainly know something is wrong." ( Quote from an old Darwin Awards book I unearthed. ) Whenever you feel overwhelmed by the chaos in your life, remember, it could always be worse! Have a great Saturday - your votes are in!
