I liked the energy of cooking, the action, the camaraderie. I often compare the kitchen to sports and compare the chef to a coach. There are a lot of similarities to it.

Our local church did not have enough food for their food pantry, so unfortunatly they were not able to supply many poor families with basic supplies. Too many people still out of work.
