The roads are still icy here in my section of Colorado. But, as I sit here with some warm green tea, I find myself laughing, remembering my four years of high school in northern Virginia, where three times in four years, they canceled school for the POSSIBILITY of snow. The best part was; all that snow they predicted never came! Have a great, warm Saturday! Votes are in!

A deep thought for this Saturday: The greatest way to live with honor in this world is to be what we pretend to be. Your vote is in!

Colorado Springs is proudly one of the largest military communities in our country, hosting five military bases. It's a wonderful place to live. However, when you take our country's finest from every state, (bringing with them all of their state's bad driving habits), mix with the vast number of retirees, and dumb kids just learning to drive, and the texting/talking/eating a burger/doing their makeup while driving crew, and add snow...the result is CHAOS. TGIF, and TG-I get to stay home today! Have a great (safe) day. VAI.

Friday's thought for you: I don't believe you have to be better than everybody else. I believe you have to be better than you ever thought you could be. Have a great weekend! Vote is in.

"A pessimist feels bad when he feels good for fear he'll feel worse when he feels better." Remember, our lives are what we choose to make of them. Even the worst situations have a silver lining. Pay close attention - an opportunity might just be at the bottom of a full trashcan of kleenex, mixed in there somewhere From the midst of the worst of it, fantastic opportunity can arise. Have an amazing day! Voted.

Having a pet has been proven to have amazing healing and soothing effects on people. But there's still nothing quite as detrimental to getting rid of a migraine...as having a hyperactive six month old kitten, racing around your house at Mach 4, knocking over everything that isn't nailed down. I finally gave up, got up, and took a shower. The kitten is adorably passed out on my bed. The only thing stopping the tears is my ability to see the humor! Love coming your way from your exhausted friend! Voted.

Hi, it's been crazy and busy. Had a lull and now it's getting cranked up again. I've done a few paranormal radio shows. Now I am putting the final touches on my presentation about applying law enforcement techniques to paranormal interviews and investigations. The second weekend in March will be the first presentation of this topic. I will speak at the Paraunity Festival in Red Rock, TX. I've been invited to present at the Tombstone paracon. Hopefully, things will work out and I'll present there too this May. Voted and I hope you have a wonderful week.
