Having a pet has been proven to have amazing healing and soothing effects on people. But there's still nothing quite as detrimental to getting rid of a migraine...as having a hyperactive six month old kitten, racing around your house at Mach 4, knocking over everything that isn't nailed down. I finally gave up, got up, and took a shower. The kitten is adorably passed out on my bed. The only thing stopping the tears is my ability to see the humor! Love coming your way from your exhausted friend!
