thanks for the votes and I just voted for all your shows too!! some good programs for computer problems are Advanced System Care, CCleaner, Glary Utilities, and MyDefrag. I use all those programs and they do a great job of cleaning all the crap off my computer. they're available for free if you look them up on your favorite search engine too. good luck with everything and let me know how things go.
