Hi Jaime, the way it works is after you log in you go to whom ever's profile you want to vote for and vote for them by hitting the vote buttons then leave them a comment so that they know you voted for them and they can do the same for you. Now for you to get votes you have to search from casting calls(there is a link for that on the home page) then when you find the ones you like click it and some where on their page there will be an apply button. click that. Then there will be another page tha lets you know they are sending your profile to them. just click submit. and blamo, your done. As you ad friends to your profile and vote for others just let them know to return the votes. Hopfully, the cating director will give you a call. I've gotton 1 call back so far. Good Luck!!! -Billy
