About Me

Acting/Talent Experience:
No Acting "experience" whatsoever, unless of course you would count being a father, husband and C.O.O. There is acting involved with that EVERYday.
Am I affiliated with unions?:
No
A major event in my life was:
Recent events. My father broke his neck in an ATV accident. It was a humbling experience for me to see my hero, my rock, incapacitated on the ER table. He is 65 and can outwork a 45 year old man. He taught me early, the value of hard work. He used to say, "Andy, some people will have more talent than you in areas of life, but they can never 'outwork' you. The accident really slowed life down for me and forced me to take stock in where I was and what is truly important.
The accomplishment I am most proud of:
The classic answer is getting married and having kids and those kids starting to 'get it'. Life's lessons that you have taught them and hoped they would understand. Personal achievements, 3 years ago I had a terrible back and couldn't run a single mile. I am most proud of beginning a training plan to complete a marathon and a couple of small triathlons. Today I have run 3 marathons and 3 Half Ironman distance triathlons. With an eventual goal of completing a full Ironman next year.
An embarrassing story about me was:
I have so many, how can I possibly choose one? I am an amazing story teller. (Each story is better when you see my 'animation'. I have been told that seeing me tell the story makes it 100 times more funny) I am a Triathlete and spend 2 hours at the gym every morning. One day, just like the commercials, flew off the treadmill, landing in a heap on the ground BAM! The belt of the treadmill was grinding the flesh off my shoulder. When I regained composure, I hopped up and exclaimed "I'm UP!"
My favorite Movie:
Fletch, Shawshank Redemption, The Natural
My favorite TV Show:
Survivor, Lost and the Office
My best Physical Trait is:
I've been told...'the whole package' ;)
Topics off limit to me at a party are:
Nothing really. If I am involved in a conversation that I would feel uncomfortable I have legs, they aren't painted on and can use them to walk away.
Do I have tattoos or piercings:
Nope - no Ink and no holes, well check that, have holes, but in all the right normal places.
The weirdest thing about me is:
I am a Mormon.
My friends would say my best qualities are:
Kindness. Sincerity. Sense of Humor. Empathy. Life of the party. Ability to communicate with everyone from the 'Board Room' to the 'Mail Room'. Caring. Generous.
My friends would say my worst qualities are:
Sometimes too nice to a fault. I should know when to tell someone sooner than later to Eff Off! Some would say that I am too blunt. I try with humor to soften the blow but people who don't know me think "What the?"
The personality traits I most like about myself are:
Big heart (softy) but I can be an ass as well. Able to find common ground with almost everyone I come in contact with. Make friends quickly. Sincere. I love having fun and can make anything become fun, even if it were picking up garbage. I would be the first to create a game out of it.
The personality traits I like least about myself are:
I would agree with my friends assessment, I get too emotionally attached to people and try to 'fix' their problems. I hate that. But I am a 'fixer'. Have been compared to the character 'Jack' from the TV show, Lost.
Miscellaneous Information:
I am totally not afraid of making a fool of myself. In fact my wife gets embarrassed quite often of me and the things that I dare do and say. I am good at impressions and crank calls with many voices to choose from. Another talent I have is movie line quoting. I am a walking talking movie line!
