A major event in my life was:
when the banking crisis hit a few years ago it nearly wiped me out. i lost everything, houses, car, wife.
was hard to go through but made me a much smarter and stronger business person.
The accomplishment I am most proud of:
best business accomplishment was becoming 1 of the top real estate guys in the country starting with nothing, then weathering the financial crisis a few years ago and coming through the other side better than ever and keeping my A+ reputation intact. i never give up.
best accomplishment was raising 2 kick ass kids almost single handed.
An embarrassing story about me was:
my ex son in law works for me and we spend the majority of our driving the city, looking at properties, checking on rehabs etc...
he has the stinkiest farts in the history of the world and always lets one out while i am driving and talking to a client. i felt a good one coming on, locked his window and let it rip. unfortunately it was wet and i had to stop at one of my vacant properties, go into the storage shed in the back yard,take off my underwear and go commando the rest of the day.

sense of humor by far #1. i can walk into a crowd of strangers and have them laughing in minutes.
