Acting/Talent Experience:
Over the past five years I have developed relationships with most of the local television stations. On KSL Studio 5 I do a monthly cooking segment.
On ABC 4, I do a regular “50 and Fabulous Segment” and the last cooking segments I did there was in July and one coming up on October 2. Several times I have done BBQ tips on Fox 13 in Utah.
Last Christmas I was on Radio to help raise money for “Shop with a Cop”. City.
I have been a regular guest on local NBC show Live @ 5.

The accomplishment I am most proud of:
As a woman with a small business I am proud that my business continues to grow. It is not getting any easier, especially with the economy the way it is right now (But I know it will get better).
I am proud of the success of my restaurant and the position it holds in the local community. Recently my brother, Vincent D’Onofrio and I have raise over $100K for Utah police.
There is no greater achievement for me that seeing My Girls and extended family grow and achieve their dreams.

I keep away from the standards; Politics and Religion. I have a strict rule about any gossip about people that work for me, in my personal life or anything that would hurt others.

Overall, I am a force to contend with. To my friends they see me as very friendly, out spoken, to the point, dynamic, expressive, quick to think, thoughtful, detail minded with good follow through.
My friends would say my worst qualities are:
My critics would contend, I put too much on my plate, dealing with too many projects at once. But my friends and critics (sometimes they are the same person) agree I get the job done.
The personality traits I most like about myself are:
I am a people person with a large network of friends and business contacts. I am a multi-tasker that makes decisions quickly. I always have a backup plan. I come with a positive attitude, I enjoy life, and will try almost anything.
The personality traits I like least about myself are:
What I like least about myself is that I hate to write and I can't spell. I am better at thinking on my feet.
Miscellaneous Information:
I live with my husband Ron and our dog Alexis, a Japanese Chin. I have 2 grown beautiful daughters, who make me proud every day. Tori has a great job for Trek bike. Tori travel around the Western US with a trailer full of bikes and promotes women cycling. My other daughter, Fallen works with me in at Rib City and is working toward her Nursing Degree. My loving husband (most of the time) also works at the restaurant. We all work hard to keep Rib City successful.
