In January 2008, my best friend died. This affected my life a lot, because he was like a brother to me and we did everything together. It made me think harmful thoughts to myself, but I overcame the grieving and think I am a stronger person because of it.

I am proud of the accomplishment of my weight loss. I lost 15 pounds over three months by splitting firewood, and playing backyard sports.

I was working at a grocery store, and my work pants weren't very loose. I was walking by the cashiers and I was told to look down. My zipper was down and the hole in the front of my boxers were open, and my junk was hanging out in public.
