i weighed 220 pounds and not a ladies man at all i decided to stop eating so much and playing video games and get a gym pass, than a couple years after i did that i quit going and started drinking and smoking, and way depressed over my ex, so i joined the gym and quit smoking and drinking is down pretty low. i did it all on my own thats what was really awesome, most people just cry and never fix there life
