Recently we had the opportunity to sit down with NBC's America's Next Great Restaurant Casting Directors, Amy Hutchinson, Nick Gilhool and Lyle Dohl. They have worked on shows like Project Runway and Top Chef. America's Next Great Restaurant is a new show on NBC where applicants can apply with their great restaurant ideas and if chosen their dream will come true.
