Casting Dancers for Untitled Dance Squad Show

DANCERS WANTED: pre-booking DANCERS for an invited open call to join a competition dance squad created by a celebrity dancer to compete at World’s in Florida.

 

CABLE NETWORK TV SERIES: rehearsals, competitions, personal life and other elements intended to be filmed as part of reality documentary series for well known cable network. Must be comfortable with many aspects of life being filmed.

 

TECHNICAL ABILITY AT MINIMUM: dancers with 5 pirouettes, switch leaps (side and center), double leg hold turns, and multiple turns in second.

 

PERSONAL STATS: applicants must be between ages 18 and 23; looking for females mostly but males also contemplated; non-white dancers encouraged to apply; no compensation.

 

AUDITION AND REHEARSALS: will take place in Orange County area; must be comfortable traveling to OC if dancer doesn’t live there currently.

 

TIME COMMITMENT (subject to change): 5-6 hour rehearsal every Saturday afternoon OR Sunday morning during Dec, Jan, early Feb; intensive 2 day dance camp sometime around 12/19-22 period.  Competitions: weekends of 2/20; 2/27; 3/5; 4/10; 4/25-4/29 (Worlds). These dates are subject to change.
 


 

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND AUDITION ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27TH (just after Thanksgiving)
