International Production Company is seeking a person or pair (buddies/brothers/spouses) who infiltrate dumpsters and otherwise "junk" ridden places (maybe estate sales, flea markets, etc.) to find junk that can be turned into a money making business.
They can use outside specialists to help restore and refurbish, but are key to the legwork and inside track on dumpster diving.
