Cable Network Comes To Denver, Saturday, September 23, For "Stud Finder" Casting Call
An open casting call to find DIY Network's next handyman or woman. Amy Matthews, host of DIY's "Bathroom Renovations" and "10 Things You Must Know," will be on-site to help judge.
The Denver winner will get a trip to New York as one of the finalists to participate in a "live" final round on a national morning show in October 2006. The winner of the final round will land a starring role as host of a DIY Network home improvement series in early 2007.
All those participating in the Denver casting call will be part of a "Stud Finder" special airing in January 2007 and receive prizes...many will walk away with name-brand power tools!
