Casting Call: Are you planning to get plastic surgery soon?

We're casting for a plastic surgery special for a major cable network and are seeking men and women of all ages who are considering having plastic surgery for any reason. Ideally you will have already done your research and selected a doctor, but that is not a requirement.

If you want to be considered for the special, please tell us a little about you and the surgery you'd like to have. Also include the name(s) of any doctor(s) you may have seen to discuss the procedure. The more info you can provide, the better.

We'll consider all procedures, but we're really looking for amazing transformations, unique surgeries, amazing back stories and/or dynamic personalities.
