Are you about to DIY your first home project?
Major television network looking for folks about to flip or renovate for their first time. Compensated for participation.

Anyone with little to no home renovation experience who is about to try their hand at it is encouraged to apply, but here are some guidelines to consider that may increase your chances of being selected for the show:

1. A team of two -- we need folks who are working with a family member, close friend, or partner, not undertaking their project solo
2. New to renovation -- perhaps have done some small projects but taking something bigger on for the first time, no professionals
3. Planning to at least get through demo without outsourcing work to sub contractors
4. Ideally located within 100 miles of Manhattan (New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut)
5. Fun and energetic on camera (at least one of you, and with the other who is willing to try!)
6. Looking for renovations in at least two areas of your house -- kitchens and baths are ideal, and then perhaps a smaller remodel in a separate room

Production will happily coordinate with your schedule if you are selected. Those selected will be financially compensated for their time on shoot days.
Throughout the renovation, those featured are allowed to have help from contractors, but no contractors will be featured on camera.

The ideal time to apply is if you have are nearly ready to start on your project.
You do not need to be living in the house that is being renovated, but you can be. Pls email with any questions.
