Food Network is conducting a nationwide search for people considered top amateurs who have labored for years perfecting one type of dish or style of cooking. Are you known for your amazing baking, succulent fried chicken, chowder, burgers, wedding cakes....you name it? Do you spend your weekends and vacations going head-to-head with others in competitions? Are your walls lined with blue ribbons and gleaming trophies? Do you identify with this statement: "I'd rather be cooking than doing anything else"?
If you are an award winning amateur cook who is totally obsessed, passionate and driven to distraction by one type of cookery, then isn't it time America knows about you? If you're picked, you could appear on the Food Network!
Send us a VHS or DVD, showing yourself in action, cooking your specialty, along with a printed copy of the application below ASAP we need submissions now!
