We are seeking women and men ages 25-55 to participate in a 4 week program that has proven to enhance and inspire a healthier lifestyle. We are asking that you make no commitment to the program, unless you find it to be suitable for your current lifestyle and goals. You don’t have to do this alone! Husbands & wives, mothers & daughters, siblings, and best friend teams are encouraged to apply.
