'SPORTACULTURE PLAY FESTIVAL'
The Active Cultures Theatre of Maryland is accepting submissions for the 2012 Sportaculture Play Festival. The festival is seeking 10-minute plays where the story of each submitted play must significantly center around one or more sports in the Maryland, Washington, DC or Virginia area. Accepted plays will be staged as part of the 2012 Sportaculture Play Festival. Accepting submissions from all 50 states.
Seeking—Short Plays: males & females, 18+, less than 10-minutes, no foul language, original, unpublished, centered on sports from the MA, VA and Washington, DC area.
To apply, email a PDF version of your script and cover page to [email protected]. Include a letter granting Active Cultures Theatre the right to stage your material. Submission deadline: Jan. 16, 2012. No pay.
