Do you think you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, Agoraphobia? Whatever your fear or disorder is, we want to hear about you!
Please record a 2-3 minute video introducing yourself and telling us about how your phobia or disorder affects your life. Send us a link to your video on YouTube. ONLY VIDEO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED, AND CALLBACKS WILL BE BASED ON THE FOOTAGE YOU SEND US!
