We are looking for women to participate in a reality show where two female contestants vie for the chance to take over a successful business - a luxury salon - and run it all! This show will chronicle the search for the woman who can take over this business, trustworthy enough for the current owner to pass the torch.

Applicants must:
-Be based in NY, NJ, or CT
-Be available to shoot on December 19th
-Have management experience
-Interest in being on camera
-Have knowledge of spa/hair salons
