FOR ALL AUDITIONS:

• If you are attending one of the open call auditions please email the appropriate address above to receive the Face Off application.

• Bring your completed application to one of the above open call locations.
• In addition please bring your own makeup kit

• Copies of your portfolio/resume (SEE APPLICATION FOR DETAILS)

• Must be prepared to create a special FX character on YOURSELF with pre-made prosthetics that you created. For example: you must be able to turn yourself/face into a monster, old person and/or fantasy type character. (YOU WILL ONLY BE ALLOTTED 15 MINS FOR THIS MAKEOVER.)




You must be 18 years of age or older and a U.S. Citizen.




VIDEO SUBMISSIONS:




If you want to be considered for the show but can't attend one of those two cities, you can submit a short (5-8 minute) video telling us about your background and experience, then create a special effects character ON YOURSELF (Please time compress the makeup application process of your video and add it to the end.) The deadline for video submissions is Tuesday, November 22, 2011. It can be sent via yousendit.com or posted on youtube.com or vimeo.com and send us the link.
