Looking for two things:
1) A professional youth program that brings in delinquent teens and teaches them to care for and train dogs.
2) Teens (15-18 years old) who are troubled in some way...problems with drugs, problems with the law, problems in school, etc. Parents of these teens MUST be willing and financially able to send their troubled teen to this youth program.
