We're looking for the real deal - BUTCHERS with strong opinions and personality, who love their meat and are ready for adventure.
If you're bored of beef, pork and chicken - and you're willing to GO ANYWHERE and TRY ANYTHING in the pursuit of something new, we want to hear from you!
This is a HOST ROLE on a cable network series for the right candidate.
You will either currently or previously have worked as a butcher and understand meat - how to break down a whole animal, what makes a good cut of meat, how is it best prepared...
You must be physically able to travel the world, visit remote locations, participate in physical activities, and eat almost anything.
Humor, irreverence, strong opinions, relatability, and a take no prisoners approach are the traits we're looking for. BUT PLEASE, BE YOURSELF. We want to see what makes you unique.
