I most known my Appearances on Discovery's "Naked and Afraid" 6 Times, "Dual Survival", 1st Man Out, Host Mountain Masters, First Man Out,nd TNT's "72 Hours" I have been in several commercials, appeared on the TV show "LOST" several times, have been in several Independent Films, Feature Films, Stage, Live Audience Shows, Emceed several events such as Banquets, Fashion Shows, Parades, Boxing and MMA Tournaments, & Ring Announced.

A major event in my life was:
Surviving in the Wild with just a Knife and literally nothing else I have done for 206 Days Naked. I've been all over the world on Adventures in all kinds of eco systems. People brag that they do this and I think they are full of shit.I am a Beast and totally unstoppable out in the Wild!!! Deploying to Combat several times, a veteran of two wars, and over 50 medals earned! It made me harder than I already was, if that was even possible!
The accomplishment I am most proud of:
Surviving in the Wild against all odds for 2o6 days with just a knife and naked. Excelling to the top enlisted rank in the Army in record time to become one of the youngest Sergeants Major in the Army.
An embarrassing story about me was:
just back from the Amazon a week & it was time to put up the Xmas lights. my daughter wanted to decorate the street light. Its 25 ft high & not sturdy, I grab a ladder & up I go. when I was attaching the lights the ladder slid, I knew I was about to come down. I told my daughter to move, she did, HERE I COME. I started to fall & clung to the light strand as if the flimsy wire would hold my 6'3" 235lb carcass. it held a few seconds, down I came, dusted myself off & said DONT TELL MOM!!!
