To be eligible you must:
• Be looking to flip a house for the first time
• Be looking to flip a house in Atlanta, GA or the surrounding areas (45 minute radius) between March & April of 2015
• Be buying and renovating a ‘fixer-upper’.
• Be outgoing, energetic, opinionated, and fun with unique stories to tell.
• Be in need of expert design and construction help.
• Have financing in place and ready to spend.
• Be able to make quick decisions in order to keep tight timelines.
• Be available for 7 days of filming (weekdays included, staggered over 6 to 7 week period)
• Be enthusiastic about working with our experts who have the design and construction know-how to help create your dream home.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
