Casting: Is It Time To Tell Your Kids The TRUTH?

Seeking parents of teenagers and young adults (ages 16-24) who have a secret that they are finally ready to tell their children for a major cable network pilot.

This is a FULLY PAID opportunity to be a feature story in an airing pilot.

The show is hosted by a respected investigative journalist who also learned of a long-held family secret. She (along with behind-the-scenes psychologists and therapists) will help the parents broach the subject with their teens and help everyone cope with and adjust to that new information.

We are accepting all kinds of stories - surprise us!

Do your kids not know that:

You are or used to be a stripper or escort?
You used to be a drug dealer or drug addict?
You did time in jail?
You escaped a cult?
You used to be polygamous?
You are actually their grandparents/aunt/uncle - not their biological parents?
You are Trans and want to start outwardly living as such
You are HIV+
You didn't actually birth your child but had him/her via surrogate?
You were "the other woman" before your husband left and married you? (or vice versa!)
You are actually cousins/related
They used to have a twin who didn't survive
They have another sibling they don't know about
They used to have a trust fund but something happened and it's gone.

Please note that we are carefully vetting stories to find ones where revealing the truth might bring families closer together. We are not interested in devastating bombshells that will only hurt families. We want this to be a healing experience for families to open honest dialogues.
