NYC based female who ideally worked or works in theater to play the "manager" of a NYC based restaurant where waiters and waitresses perform.
We are looking for a "Dance Moms" Abby Lee Miller type of character who lives vicariously through her staff and pushes them to perform to their best for the customers. A polarizing character, stage mom type that never made it on Broadway and the next best thing is directing her waitstaff to give the best performance night after night to diners.
Age Range - 40-55
