In each episode of this dynamic series, three hopefuls from across North America face the toughest challenge of their young careers as they vie for rewards money can't buy - mentoring by the icons of their industry who will help rocket their careers to the top. Nicki - Wedding Planner episode winner Last season's Fashion Design winner flew to New York where his work was displayed in the window of Saks Fifth Avenue's flagship store. Meetings were also booked with the chain's fashion director, its buyers and New York designer Cynthia Steffe. The Entertainment Reporting winner flew to L.A. for meetings with Extra host Dayna Devon, executives at Dick Clark Productions and a top William Morris agent.
