A major event in my life was:
Getting my first job in the kitchen as a line cook changed my life forever. After a few years of cooking I attended culinary school. Best decision I've ever made, food is my life. I'm surprised I'm not 500#'s:)

3/4 sleeve on my left arm.The word "Passion" across my chest. My two biggest passions are food and music. My sleeve is dedicated to all of the Punk rock bands that have influenced me. After tax season I'll be getting another sleeve on my right arm portraying my favorite foods.
