At the age of 2 I had my first experience with the spirit of an elderly woman that I called "Lady". She stuck by me for years as I grew up. There are cassette tape recordings of me talking to her and about her, as well as drawings I would attempt. The ability to see, hear and feel ghosts and spirits has stuck with me since then and has made me who I am today and what I seek in life.. the continuation of it even in death.

Starting my project, Dark Doll Paranormal in February of 2013 has been the biggest accomplishment. The opportunity to take my job as a makeup artist mixed with my style and my way of researching/investigating the paranormal all rolled up into one has been the most awakening experience and something I am very proud of. It is my true aspiration in life. It gets people interested and keeps them hanging on. Interest in the paranormal will never go away for the public.

My most recent embarrassment was being seen on CBS's 'The Talk' with Sharon Osbourne in February 2015. They needed a celebrity commentator for the day and my bit was a 15-second Instagram video talking about my own personal injury in the bedroom. It was a mixture of funny yet cringe-worthy feelings. I have my ears, navel and lip pierced and a few tattoos. 2 pieces are script that portray my makeup artistry career and my paranormal work and another small symbol is for my love for beauty and the ability to be anything that you want in life.

My job in general! As a makeup artist I work with drag queens and idolize them. Finding and communicating with ghosts and spirits is as weird as it can get but even since I was young I have been drawn to all things creepy, macabre, weird and strange. Edward Scissorhands was my true prince charming as a young girl. Halloween has always been my Christmas. My home reflects that of a castle dungeon or elegant, gothic haunted house. I live for being weird!

Most, if not all of my friends, have either worked with me in makeup or know me in the paranormal community so they see what I am doing on a daily basis. I would imagine they would say my ability to keep people curious from the way I dress to the passion I have for the dead and unknown is my best quality.

Again, these individuals work with me and have seen me at my worst. I tend to be very impatient and they would be the first to tell you. Honestly it comes from what I research and study involving the paranormal. I see so much death and trauma that it is always an eye-opener to take this day and give it 100% because we may not get tomorrow. It is sometimes hard to be patient.

My passion and ambition mixed in with how I present myself. I will keep people on their toes and wanting more. I have a thirst for life and positive success. I am a true people person as far as being able to communicate and hold interest. My work ethic is also as strong as it could possibly get. I put my all into everything I do.

Again, my impatience. When I get a good idea or an opportunity, I am ready to rock it out. I do not procrastinate when it comes down to business!

I have lots of stories to share so making conversation is easy. Since I am a makeup artist my face, hair and wardrobe is always done in a way to catch someones eye and flow with what I have to say. I consider myself a walking Monster High doll. There are too many men in the paranormal field. It is time to see a single, solo female investigator chasing ghosts. I haven't seen one woman doing what I do with the abilities that I have and the passion that consumes me. It is now or never!
