A major event in my life was:
Divorce, Loosing a multi million dollar company, training for my first body building comp were all life changing experiences that made me dig deep for my truth, finding who I was and even fighting depression to get out of a dark place.
The accomplishment I am most proud of:
Starting my own company and being sucessful at it! It takes a lot to start your own company, but to have it grow into a full production that supports the kind of lifestyle one can be proud of is yet another level. Prop Rock is now a brand name in Texas as we are ready to expand to the next level. Starting my second venture JadeGoldFitness and starting life over at 44

I'm a giver to the fault. I know its one of my gifts that is often misused

I'm driven, passionate about people, loving, sexy, life success. They would say, I'm a giver and sensitive to others. I love being a Mother and mentor. They would say Im not one to crosss and I can have a quick temper. I love to work a room, Im a people person. Some would say I'm a women with a man's mentality.
My friends would say my worst qualities are:
I tend to not be a phone person. Sometimes slow to return calls. Often late or running behind schedule. Not the patient woman in the world.
