A major event in my life was:
When I was younger my mother almost died. I had to kick the door in to get to her in our locked home. She was out on the floor and after being revived was in the hospital for weeks. I would go to school very early and gravitated to helping out in the 'special education' department. It was there that I learned I loved helping people and being with those who sometimes are forgotten.
