Bravo announced "Million Dollar Listing New York" is back for season 8 premiering August 1^st. The better news is Luis Ortiz returns to the series and working in real estate!

The returning real estate moguls of "Million Dollar Listing New York," Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, and Steve Gold will be joined by Ortiz and newcomer Tyler Whitman.

In the upcoming season, "Fredrik has finally found his fatherhood groove and is ecstatic to celebrate one year with his miracle twins... Ryan's real estate empire continues to grow rapidly with offices in both SoHo and Brooklyn and his dream of becoming a father is finally a reality... Steve continues to create a new chapter for himself, building out his powerhouse team and nurturing a new relationship," says Bravo's press release.

Luis D. Ortiz not only left the series, but he left New York City and real estate for an emotional escapr. Now he "is back from his sabbatical in Europe with a fresh new outlook on life."

"Tyler Whitman joins the crew ready to tackle any obstacle thrown his way. Navigating the market in its toughest state, the pressure is on for him to succeed," says the press release.
