Bravo Media announced the premiere of its new series, "Southern Charm Savannah" premiering May 8^th. The expansion of the "Southern Charm" franchise brings viewers into the posh society of Savannah, Georgia, a "hauntingly romantic city filled with heirs and socialites who learned to operate boats before cars and whose ball gowns and white dinner jackets never collect dust," says Bravo's press release.

The new series follows a close-knit group of friends "as they set out to make their mark in this world, all while navigating their legacies, love lives, and personal relationships," according to the press release.

The cast includes six lifelong friends including Lyle Mackenzie, Louis Oswald, Hannah Pearson, Daniel Eichholz, Catherine Cooper and Ashley Borders. The upcoming season also includes additional appearances from charming characters Happy McCullough and W. Nelson Lewis Jr.

The series premiere of "Southern Charm Savannah" airs on Monday May 8^th at 10 pm ET on Bravo
