Ugh! And the reality sets in that Luis Ortiz is actually out of the business. Bravo Media announced "Million Dollar Listing New York" will return with a new season on May 25. Two of New York's favorite luxury real estate vets, Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant are joined by a fresh face, Steve Gold.
Wah! Not only is Luis gone, he's been replaced. Sad face.
Steve Gold has established himself as a major player in the market, specialized in downtown Manhattan luxury properties and he refuses to accept no as an answer.
This season on "Million Dollar Listing New York," "Fredrik is burning the candle at both ends working alongside demanding top developers on several multi-million dollar sellout projects, while also attempting to try again for the baby he's always wanted," says the Bravo press release, "Meanwhile, Ryan and Emilia are embracing their next chapter and settling into married life, but the honeymoon phase may be short-lived."
Steve is a confirmed bachelor who originally moved to New York to pursue his dreams as a model, but eventually gave that up and joined the hustle of the real estate game.
Season 6 of "Million Dollar Listing New York" premieres on Thursday, May 25 at 9 pm ET on Bravo.
