It was shocking news to read Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper's revelation he had a heart attack 2 weeks ago.
Harper posted this photo on Instagram saying, "Well I guess you all heard what happened. Two weeks ago yesterday I had a heart attack. I am feeling better. Just taking it easy. KARL has been a great nurse. I want to thank everyone for the outpouring of messages and support. It feels good to be cared about. I've been home for 8 days now. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I'm lucky to have such good friends and family to take care of me right now."
The 51-year-old hasn't disclosed details of his surprise heart attack, but it's difficult to imagine someone as fit as Bob having a heart attack. Was it stress or genetics? He's now sharing his road to recovery with another Instagram photo with his dog Karl saying, "I'm gonna miss doing #crossfitopen2017 this year with my #crossfitfamily The only exercise I can do right now is walking KARL around the city and in the park. Have fun doing the Open. I will he watching EVERY ANNOUNCEMENT and hopefully I'll get to judge some. I took my judges course."
We were sincerely shocked to hear this news, and wish Bob the very best in his road to recovery from this scary incident.
