We hate the thought of this, but Chef Ben Robinson will not be returning to 'Below Deck' or its franchise. Details haven't been confirmed, but reportedly there were negotiation issues with Bravo.

In season 4, Ben found love with the British blonde, Emily and the two are still dating. They even started their own online cooking show together sharing easy, healthy recipes for home cooks.

Without Ben's return and chief stew, Kate Chastain, in the middle of legal issues from the domestic violence allegations from her ex, who will come back to "Below Deck."

We can hope that Emily will return and we'll possibly get a visit from Ben during the charter season. Otherwise, will Bravo cast a whole new deck crew? Will Captain Lee be on board with that?

Bravo has renewed both "Below Deck" and "Below Deck Mediterranean" for new seasons this year. Check back for details on casting when released at a later date.
